I could try to blame it on the Winter Blues or maybe a certain personal event that coincided with the actions on September 11th 08, but in the end there is no excuse for my absence and to be honest, I am deeply ashamed.
After years of knowing the information I've discovered and an overwhelming desire to share it, I fell away from my duty. After hundreds of posts on both this blog and more so Canadians Demand 9/11 Truth, I dropped from the 9/11 Truth Blogosphere. After countless hours (days even) of debate both online and off, with some of which ending in me being shunned (a local political discussion group) or downright banned altogether (http://www.canadaka.net/ by the way. They REALLY didn't like what I was discussing. Total IP ban. Crazy) I caved. After month after month of finally hitting the streets with action, by myself for the most part, in rain and shine, I became lost and I can't explain why. Did I, without even knowing, drown in the realm of futility? What happened to me? Why did I end my personal mission to make every living person aware of the suppressed information regarding the 11th attacks. All I can come up with are excuses, and there is no excuse. I should not have stopped. I should never stop. Even alone, afraid, bewildered, I can not stop. I must not stop and I'm totally and utterly ashamed that I did.
Every little piece of action can and does change the world. This post included. With that being said...
This 11th day of May, as part of the actions of the 'Every 11th of Every Month Until Justice campaign, I rededicate myself to truth. I'm deeply sorry for my absence.

International 9/11 Truth Action Day - June 11th, 2008
First of all, let me say that Signal Hill Truth action has been postponed until July, when the weather is nicer...
... and to build on that thread, it certainly is a tough sell to try and convince a Newfoundlander that Global Warming is a threat... or real for that matter. It's still really cold here in St. John's. Not snow and sleet cold like last month, but cold none the less.
Regardless, NL 9/11 Truth was out and about again this month, taking part in the International 9/11 Truth action day, albeit this time there was only one of us... me. A family emergency kept my 'partner in crime' away from the action, but thats okay. As long as there is one raising awareness, all else will evolve.
I began this month again (and will do from here on out) at a local NATO / UN war monument where I stood and held up signs to oncoming traffic. This was a fairly eventful location actually, with having a lovely chat with two great people about just about everything. It was inspiring actually and the company was helpful to my spirits.
Even better though, and perhaps the highlight of the day, I made some excellent contacts while standing here; ones that are hard to come by when you're on this side of truth...
It was maybe 10 minutes after I arrived when a car pulled up, windows rolled down and one guy practically hanging out the window saying "Okay, we'll bite".
Insert me talking about what I'm doing, truth action day, physics and all the like here. You know, the normal kinda spiel we (fellow Truthers) are all used to saying by now. Anyway, they end up asking why you never hear about all this stuff I'm talking about, when I reply with something to the effect that "You think mainstream media will cover this? Come on."
The response "Well, we are the mainstream media", one says as they proceed to get cards. It turns out that they worked for CBC Radio. I'm not sure where it'll go from here, but they were very interested in knowing that I'd be out and about doing it again in July. I'm going to send an email after this to find out more.
Anyway, the rest of the day was just as fabulous. I went to the City Hall after this and stood for a while giving away DVD's to passer-bys. Had some great conversations here with fellow like minded folk as well. The two locations I chose ended up taking up most of my time actually. Kept me busy... though walking around would have probably warmed me up.
I did end the journey with a walk downtown though, handing out DVD's to anyone passing by. I got a lot more refusals this month though, mostly from the older generation. A lot of people did take them, don't get me wrong. In fact, I gave away just under 50 during the 2 hours that I was out and about. Not too shabby!
I have a strong feeling that next month will be bigger, with more people for one... and MUCH better weather (I sincerely hope) too. I feel that something has awaken here and it's just getting started. I'm gonna nudge it and help it grow.
To the people here in St. John's, contact me. Help me. Help everyone.

Signal Hill Truth Action - Wed, June 11th
I'm late getting this posted, which is really sad, but if anyone is wondering, Yes, NL 9/11 Truth is hitting the streets yet again in June. It's on a Wednesday this time around so we're going to do some evening action, starting around 6pm. The plan for this month is to again meet at the NATO war memorial and then proceed to walk up Signal Hill. When there, we're going to stick around and hand out DVD's to any of the many who take a trip up there each day. I figure we'll reach out to the tourists, love birds and pot-smokers this time around. If anyone wants to join us, please contact me or meet us at 6pm. I know there are others our there who feel the need as much as me. Lets come together in numbers.
Here's this months Map...

International 9/11 Truth Action - May 11th, 2008
Today, May 11th, members of Newfoundland Labrador 9/11 Truth hit the streets taking part in the International 9/11 Truth action day... despite being hit by snow, sleet and rain along the way.
The journey started at a local NATO / UN war monument where we stood and held up signs to oncoming traffic. It wasn't long before we got a first honk of support, though most people just looked on in a seemingly state of confusion.

After about 10 minutes a group of young people, perhaps 20 of them all in their early teens, walked by and I approached them to have a conversation about the events of 9/11. This was the first highlight of the day, as they all seemed very interested in what we had to say and asked many questions before moving on to wherever they were going. Some of the people even brought up interesting truth facts about that day before I even had a chance to say anything ("The Bushes and Bin ladens are like this" one said as he crossed his fingers indicating that they were close), which of course was music to my ears. The more people awake in this generation of people, the better I say!
Unfortunately, it was here that the sleet and rain started... but, we pushed on to the next location. We moved to the Basilica Cathedral of St. John the Baptist where to stood for a while and had a very lovely chat with two people passing by who were very open to the idea of 9/11 Truth and aware of the true events that day, citing that they believed that 9/11 was an Inside Job.

On our way to the Colonial building, we had another lengthly discussion with a man who was waiting at a stop light with us. He was on the fence about the whole idea, but was very knowledgeable about everything involved. Most of what he discussed revolved around the Pentagon attack which was his smoking gun of it all. Even though he didn't really know what to believe, it was refreshing just to hear him talking about it and being so aware.
The Colonial building was just a pit stop for us. We were starting to get very cold and wet at this point and because the building was so far back from the road, my shirt and sign would have been useless. We took a pic anyway....

At this point, we decided to cut the march a little short as the rain and sleet was chilling us to the bone. Our final activity of the day was walking down the busiest street in downtown St. John's to spread the word and hand out DVD's to people passing buy... which, unfortunatly due to the weaather, there were few.
As we reached a stop light and waited to cross, we heard a female voice across from behind us screaming 'Woo-Hoo'. We turned our attention to the voice and when she noticed that she got our attention, she yelled out "ZeitGeist. Woo-Hoo". I yelled back that I agreed that that documentary was a good one and she continued to yell out to us from across the street giving us her support; "Now that's an activist" she said "Getting out there even in the snow!". "That's right. The 11th of Every Month Until Justice" I yelled out over the passing cars before moving across the street.
Before calling it a day and going back home to get warm, we had one final stop I wanted to make; The Masonic Temple... just for kicks.

Though there were only 2 of us out there getting active, the weather was crappy and very few people were out walking to hand DVD's to, the day was a total success. We had no confrontations, no back-talking and literally nothing negative happen. It was a wonderful experience and I hope that people out there who were driving by get inspired and get out there with us next month. We'll have better weather, bigger signs and be out there longer. I hope to see you there!
So, unless justice and truth prevail, we'll see you on June 11th.
